In Order to Contribute to the BistoCon Zine, One Must Write/Draw/Do Something, Right?

 So, the idea of contributing is a great one. But, man, that whole getting started bit is daunting. Especially when one hasn't been doing anything fannish-creative for, um, a ridiculously long time. In my case, yes, I do have an idea. Yes, I do want to write it. But I'm so out of the habit of writing that starting at all is a huge block. 

Have you started your zine project yet? Have you finished and sent it in and are feeling smug? What do you do to get yourself actually started on a project? Come on, give me some ideas, please. Or, you know, shame me. *g*
